united colors of elite

We shot a DND last Friday. It was tiring, from prep to finish, but the experiences gained were invaluable. It was my first time shooting with a hotshoe flash for such a long time (7 hours straight). Batteries were burnt, scalded and had a funny smell to it when taken out. I must say it [...]

this explains alot

Yay! End of attachment!

we have a rockman at home

My 350D now looks like Hercules. Or Hulk Hugan. Or Arnold.
Beefy is the word to use. I’m starting to like the 350D all over again. *drools
Btw, the addition is the rare BG-E3 that can hold twice the battery, provide me with a better grip and also allow me to shoot vertically like it’s horizontal!

let me know..

..if WoW/photography/candyshorts/career choices/audit-really-sucks bores you completely.
Apparently, some commented that whenever they see such tales, they will scroll immediately to the bottom and see whether got porn or not.
Anyway, I will play WoW in March, when I get my life and desktop back. I have sold my wide-angle lens to a nice uncle who had the [...]

they are back to haunt

And what will they do when they discover that the demons they thought vanquished have returned to renew their terrible Burning Crusade?
Or rather, what will I do when I discover that the thirst for WoW I thought had vaporized, return to make me wanting more? Argh. No money no money.

something to do with your photos..

..and on your wall.

This is Jessie’s and Kong’s wall, btw. And the idea came from his beautiful sister who studies Interior Design. Why wasn’t she in San Diego when we were there? Sigh.

digital compact

Despite my obvious lack of cash [pretty high book value, but eating instant noodles everyday nonetheless], I’m looking for a compact camera. Those along the line of point-and-shoot-and-hope-for-the-best. Having some controls to play with will be nice. A used one will do. Something in the league of Powershot A640, but I’m fine with anything else [...]

one year ago,

I left for San Diego without a housing plan. The only hope was that Freddy (still an unknown at that time, because we only conversed through email) would pick us up and put us up at some cheap lodging or something, because when I left for the airport, he had not replied my email yet.
We [...]

travel redefine

Oh gawd, I’m damn serious this time. Of all the things I want to do before I die reach 30, add travelling South Asia by land to that mega list, boogar!
It is probably the cheapest alternative to a graduating grandeur, if put side by side to a trip to Europe, or anywhere else. Hell, it [...]
